I love morning, when I'm fresh and well rested. I get up
and go for a run. It sets the pace for the rest of the day.

HOW I STAY HEALTHY
I remember long walks as a child with my paternal grandmother
in Mississippi. This regimen probably stimulated my desire
to exercise regularly. I started running in the 1970s and
haven't stopped since. In the 1980s, I became a certified
scuba diver and started lifting free weights. In the 1990s,
I added in-line skating to the list. In general, I eat healthy
foods—fresh fruit is a staple of mine. And finally,
I keep what's important in perspective. You only feel stressed
if you allow stress to happen.
