• Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped by ground service. Approximate standard transit time is 2-7 days.
• Shipments to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Priority Mail®.
• DHC may alter the shipping methods or carriers as the need arises.
• Each order is limited to one delivery address.
• Most orders are shipped within two business days of receipt.
• DHC can only process online orders within the United States and U.S. territories. To place an order from outside the U.S., please call (415) 908-1401 ext. 290.
• DHC offers free shipping via UPS or FedEx as applicable on all orders of $100 or greater within the continental United States. Orders of $100 or greater to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and military addresses are shipped free by USPS Priority Mail.
