Existing customers
Choose up to four free samples every time you purchase.
- By phone: Let your operator know which four samples you would like with your order.
- Online: Select your four samples during the checkout process.
- By mail and fax: Write the four-digit sample number for the samples you want on your order form. These can be found in the DHC catalog.
DHC reserves the right to restrict an/or not fulfill samples requests at its discretion. Samples of all products may not be available.

If you have not previously purchased from DHC, you may request
a catalog that includes a $5 gift certificate toward you
