Summary
The DHC Share & Save program awards DHC Rewards Points to existing customers for referring new customers. Points are redeemable for free products through the online DHC Rewards Store. New customers receive triple Rewards Points for placing their first DHC order; those referred through Share & Save receive an additional 10% discount on that first order. The referring customer receives the triple point value of their referral’s first order.
Referring new customers
Current DHC customers can send friends or family members a free catalog with four samples of bestselling products in one of the following ways:
- By mail: Included in each merchandise box is a postage-paid Share & Save card on which customers can provide names and addresses of friends and family members to allow us to send them a free catalog and samples.
- By phone: Customers can call 1.800.DHC.CARE (342.2273) and speak to a Call Center Advisor about referring friends and family members.
- Online: Customers who register at www.DHCcare.com can log onto their account to access the Share & Save page and enter friend and family member information.
First DHC order
When the customer’s friend or family member is ready to order, they can do so by mail or phone, or online. They must provide the referring customer’s name and customer number or their name and address.
New customers receive triple the point value of their first order (a regular order receives 5 points for every dollar spent on products; a first order receives 15 points for every dollar spent on products). Those who provide the name and customer number of an existing customer also receive 10% off that first order.
The referring customer receives the Rewards Points value of their referral’s first order. The more the new customer spends, the more points they and the referring customer receive.
- Benefits apply to first purchase only.
- Referrers must be existing DHC customers who have previously made at least one purchase.
- Referrals must be non-customers.
- Benefits do not apply to persons sharing your address.
- Qualifying purchases exclude gift certificates.
- Share & Save points are earned on product total, before taxes, shipping and 10% first-time discount are applied.
- Triple points for first-time purchases are not combinable with other offers unless stated.
