Terms and Conditions

• To initially qualify for the DHC Loyalty Discount, you must make at least one purchase of DHC products totaling $48 or more (not including tax or shipping charges and after deducting any other applicable discounts) through DHC’s catalog or website.
  
  
• In order to maintain and increase the level of your DHC Loyalty Discount, you must make at least one qualifying purchase of DHC products totaling $48 or more (not including tax or shipping charges and after deducting any other applicable discounts) every six (6) months through DHC’s catalog or website. 
  
  
• With each qualifying purchase, you move to the next discount level up to a maximum loyalty discount of 10%.  The DHC Loyalty Discount levels are as follows:
  
  

  Level 1	1st purchase of $48 or more	Save on your next purchase within 6 months
  Level 2	2nd purchase of $48 or more	4%
  Level 3	3rd purchase of $48 or more	6%
  Level 4	4th purchase of $48 or more	8%
  Level 5	5th purchase of $48 or more	10%

  
  
  
• If more than six (6) months pass without a qualifying purchase, you return to Level 1.
  
  
• Non-qualifying purchases of less than $48 made during a valid discount period will have the appropriate discount level applied, but will not count towards maintaining or increasing your discount level.  For example, if you have a Level 4 discount and you make a purchase totaling $35 before tax and shipping charges, an 8% discount would be applied.  However, you would remain at Level 4 until your next qualifying purchase within the original 6 month period, or return to Level 1 if a qualifying purchase is not made within the original 6 month period. 
  
  
• Qualifying purchases and discounts apply only to orders made through our catalog or website. 
  
  
• For online orders, your applicable DHC Loyalty Discount will be deducted before your credit card is charged when your order is processed internally. 
  
  
• Your current DHC Loyalty Discount level can be viewed online by logging into your online account.  You can also call us at 1.800.DHC.CARE (342.2273) to confirm your current level or ask any questions about the DHC Loyalty Discount. 
  
  
• The DHC Loyalty Discount does not apply to purchases of gift certificates or purchases made with Rewards Points.
